Weather
July is Ravello’s hottest and driest month, with temperatures averaging in the high twenties. Please keep sun and heat safety in mind as you traverse the town and prepare for the conference.
Shuttles
The remoteness of Ravello necessitates the use of transportation other than air. Its location on the Amalfi Coast means the town is accessible by boat from neighbouring coastal towns, or there are train options if travelling from Naples or Saturno. Private and public shuttle services are available to travel around the region.
While Naples is not the only airport in which one can fly into Italy, we recommend scheduling your flights here, and taking advantage of our shuttle service. Please visit the accommodations page to learn how you can contact Suita and arrange shuttle services to and from the airport. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
VISAs
Italy is a part of the Schengen area and those visa considerations apply. In general, non-European Union countries are exempt from requiring a travel visa provided stays are short term and passports are valid and valid beyond departure. Please double check Italy’s visa requirements for your country before travel.
