Paper Presentation Format 2026
In a change from previous years, ICABR Conference 2026 will not offer poster presentations, opting for paper presentations, only. While there is no definitive format for paper submissions, there are a few guidelines for accepted presentations.
Each presentation is given a maximum of 20 minutes to convey the key messages within the paper. Typically, following your presentation, the session moderator will open the floor for questions; this question period is considered a part of your presentation time. Given the quantity of accepted papers for the 2026 agenda, presentation length will be strictly enforced. There will be numerous opportunities at ICABR 2026 to discuss your research further, so please use your presentation time with these considerations in mind.
The conference is unable to accommodate a variety of presentation mediums therefore, we require all presentations be on a memory stick. This will allow easy transition between presentations within each session. Please keep this condition in mind to keep the conference agenda on time.
